Constructor is a member of the Coalition of Corruption tasked with repairing damaged hideouts.
History[]
Constructor originally served as a member of the League of Salvation. Lacking combat skills, his duty was to help with the cleanup operations after particularly destructive superhuman battles by repairing broken buildings. However, the Coalition of Corruption enticed him into joining their ranks. Constructor and Black Lightning battled Wolf Dancer at the site of a run-down Coalition base, revealing Constructor's betrayal. The villains were driven off, preventing them from restoring the base.
To Save the World![]
Sluice wondered if Constructor would be helping to fix the aftermath of the battle against Cosmic, when Wolf Dancer revealed to her that he had gone rogue.
